Upgraded switches and access points across multiple sites, mixing Meraki cloud-managed provisioning with direct CLI configuration for hardware outside the dashboard.
Outcome: full upgrade delivered remotely, with on-site support available whenever hardware required it.
ServiceNow ITSM Process Redesign
Re-architected seven core ITSM workflows — onboarding, offboarding, asset lifecycle, loaners, device swap, warranty, and stock intake.
Outcome: ad-hoc ticket handling replaced with queue-based routing and enforced SLAs.
